August 19, 2007: Fresh from their win in the tri-Test match series that concluded recently, the Indian cricketing juggernaut will be facing off against the England team on their home grounds in the forthcoming one-day-international matches, which can be viewed live on FoxSports channel of Pehla and Firstnet.
The Indian team had given the England side a 5-1 drubbing during their tour of India last year, where the visitors managed to salvage just one match in the seven-match series that saw one match drawn.
Despite their loss to the Indians in the three-Test series concluded recently on their home grounds, the England team will be definitely looking forward to settle scores with them in the seven-match one-day internationals that begin on Aug 21 this year.
The Indian cricket team has been performing true to form with recent victories over their English counterparts that include their highest Test innings total of 664 against England, besides much-needed batting support from individuals like leg-spinner Anil Kumble who scored his maiden Test century with a 110 not out.
